We are very excited to announce the launch, on Sunday June 16th, of Sunday Assembly Exeter in the White Ensign Club.
Come on down to sing great songs, hear inspiring talks, listen to interesting readings and, everyone’s favourite, have a cup of tea and slice of cake at the end. The theme of the first Assembly is ‘Beginnings’ and Sanderson Jones, co-founder of The Sunday Assembly, will do the address, with as yet to be confirmed speaker doing the guest talk.
Sunday Assembly Exeter will meet on the second Sunday of the month. The services in July 14th on ‘Wonder’ and September 8th on ‘Lend a hand’. No matter what the subject, the goal of The Sunday Assembly is to solace worries, provoke kindness and inject a bit more whizziness into the everyday.
We’d love you to come down for a get-together that is more spiritually uplifting than The Eastender’s omnibus and more mentally stimulating than the hair of the dog.
